League & Team Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $29.33–$36.54 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate launch timelines and marketing asset deployment with professional sports league and team partners.
• Align media, creative, CRM, growth, social, and other marketing teams around campaign goals and messaging.
• Track partnership activation plans, campaign progress, key dates, deal terms, entitlements, events, tickets, hospitality, and merchandise.
• Support compliant promotional campaigns and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create presentations and post-campaign recap decks while maintaining a library of campaign results and learnings.
• Monitor sports marketing trends, competitive activity, partnership guidelines, and campaign workflows.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, timelines, and deployment in a robust business environment preferred.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the New York City hybrid setup.
