Sr. Manager, Sports Marketing

Location: Atlanta, United States; responsible for the Southeast Region, including FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, AR, LA, MS, and AL. Travel: 30–40%.

Base salary: $115,200–$172,800 per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional Sports Marketing initiatives aligned with global and national strategies.
• Build relationships with athletes, influencers, sports communities, teams, and gaming talent.
• Lead the planning and execution of local hirify.global sports events and develop new event concepts.
• Identify opportunities to engage gaming audiences through events, players, and communities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Event Logistics, and marketing managers on regional activities and content.
• Hire, manage, develop, and provide feedback to direct reports supporting regional projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience focused on sports, athletes, and consumers.
• Experience managing events, athlete and team partnerships, NIL, negotiations, contracts, and activation planning.
• Experience taking marketing concepts from ideation through execution.
• Experience managing complex budgets, agencies, vendors, and resources across multiple projects or markets.
• Experience leading teams, managing direct reports, and developing talent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
