What you will do
- Lead activation strategy and performance across a global football sponsorship portfolio.
- Monitor, review, and report on partnership performance against business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage Sponsorship Account Leads and oversee campaign delivery, rights activation, tracking, and reporting.
- Support partnership negotiations, contracts, commercial opportunities, and exit plans.
- Work with Brand, Digital, Country, agency, supplier, sponsor, and internal stakeholder teams to maximize partnership rights.
- Manage portfolio budgets, statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, and campaign efficiencies while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Strategic ability, commercial thinking, and analytical competence in evaluating sponsorships.
- Relevant experience in brand marketing and sponsorship activation, preferably in betting or football.
- Strong experience across ATL, BTL, digital, experiential, media, and social marketing.
- Experience developing and pitching multi-platform consumer campaigns and event activation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous leadership experience and the ability to find proactive, creative solutions.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds, betting types, and market trends.
- Experience in online gaming or casino, including player behavior and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
