Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, New York City, or San Francisco, United States

Annual base salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global builds an end-to-end platform for developing, training, and deploying AI systems, combining developer-focused software with large-scale compute infrastructure.

What you will do

• Own infrastructure workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables.
• Drive execution across engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners.
• Build project plans, critical paths, RAID logs, status updates, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate compute, network, storage, hardware, platform, security, and data center initiatives.
• Support hardware deployments, data center expansions, migrations, and capacity growth.
• Improve infrastructure delivery processes, tooling, documentation, and execution frameworks while progressing toward end-to-end program ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program or project management, or a similar field.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform, SRE, systems, networking, hardware, or data center environments.
• Strong skills in project planning, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, RAID logs, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and dependencies without implementing the engineering work directly.
• Experience driving execution across multiple technical teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with compute, network, storage, cloud infrastructure, hardware deployment, or capacity expansion programs.
• Experience with hardware vendors, colocation providers, VARs, or external partners.
• Experience using Smartsheet and Jira for program coordination and engineering execution.
• Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, distributed systems, capacity planning, or hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technical company.
