Technical Program Manager (AI/Data Centers)

Location: Boston, hybrid, with regular travel to customer facilities. Remote candidates may be considered case by case.

hirify.global is a startup building AI systems and the Emmy platform to discover new physics and create physics twins of data center sites.

What you will do

• Run data center engagements from the first conversation through signed contract and pilot, maintaining plans, dependencies, blockers, owners, and due dates.
• Own non-technical workstreams including NDAs, engagement agreements, data-sharing and security questionnaires, site access, insurance, compliance requests, and invoicing milestones.
• Act as the customer's operational counterpart by running weekly cadences, publishing decisions and action items, and converting engineering data requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Confirm that requested customer data has arrived in the correct format before engineering begins work.
• Build and maintain the engagement pipeline in Attio as the system of record, including stages, documents, blockers, owners, and due dates.
• Use AI agents to draft notes, status updates, redline summaries, and intake checklists and connect automated follow-up to CRM records.

Requirements

• Five or more years managing technical projects with external customers and dependencies involving legal, procurement, security, or facilities teams.
• Working fluency in data center operations, including critical load, PUE, CRAH units, and BMS exports.
• Demonstrated ability to unblock engagements when non-technical dependencies delay technical delivery.
• Experience shepherding NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, or data-sharing agreements through multiple legal departments.
• Daily fluency with AI agents for drafting, summarization, follow-up automation, and CRM workflows.
• Ability to communicate firmly with founders, customer executives, and legal counsel when work is late.

Nice to have

• Experience on the operator or developer side of data centers, colocation, or hyperscale infrastructure.
• Experience with performance-based or shared-savings commercial structures.
• Experience administering Attio, HubSpot, or Salesforce pipelines and automations.
