Sales Manager (Part Time)

Compensation: $18.25–$22.25 per hour, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families choose products by explaining styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor and deliver consistent omnichannel service.
• Lead store operations as Leader on Duty, drive results, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Coach and provide feedback to store associates while supporting a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Execute assigned business focus areas, build customer loyalty through company programs, and identify opportunities from customer feedback.
• Support asset protection through customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use common computer tools, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
