Senior Corporate Recruiter

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting and develop hiring strategies with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and other business functions.
• Create strategic sourcing plans to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Lead first-in-kind searches and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and report hiring progress to business leadership.
• Implement creative, scalable improvements to recruiting strategies and processes.
• Partner with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to close top talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Experience recruiting for Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales roles.
• Experience identifying and qualifying diverse candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and creative sourcing methods.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results with urgency.
