Associate Recruiter (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; onsite at the Utah HQ

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting and partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, General and Administrative, and other business functions.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify diverse candidate pools for assigned roles.
• Track recruiting metrics and regularly report hiring progress to business leadership.
• Introduce creative and scalable improvements to recruiting strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and close top talent.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience recruiting for roles in Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, General and Administrative, and/or Sales.
• Ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other sourcing methods.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results with urgency.
