What you will do

• Train and qualify manufacturing personnel using approved procedures, curricula, materials, and tools.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor training plans, curricula, job instructions, and certification documentation.
• Manage Learning Management System data, training records, course and class codes, and certification and recertification activities.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, TWI training, practical evaluations, audits, and Training Within Industry Process Confirmation Checks.
• Coach and certify subject matter experts and associates in on-the-job training and TWI Job Instruction.
• Analyze training effectiveness and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on site efficiency and personnel proficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver and facilitate training for individuals and groups, including public speaking and group facilitation.
• Ability to develop, review, and evaluate training content and create clear job instructions.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus basic arithmetic skills.
• Understanding of safety, ergonomics, applicable ISO standards, regulatory expectations, and quality systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as needed to support training delivery.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Multifunctional knowledge across production areas.
• TWI Job Instructor or OJT Trainer certification.
