Trainer - Distribution

Location: Anderson, South Carolina, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Provide powered industrial truck training for distribution employees using established work instructions, training materials, and required PPE.
• Plan and facilitate training in line with distribution department standard operating procedures.
• Track operator progress and maintain physical and electronic training files.
• Complete training documentation using SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Develop and improve training materials with the Training Manager, Safety, and management.
• Provide feedback on work instructions and training documents to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school education or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret and complete charts, schedules, reports, forms, and records.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks safely and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for the full workday, lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive physical movements, and work occasional long hours and weekends.
