Transportation Supervisor

Location: 1638 Interstate Dr, Erlanger, KY 41018, USA. Onsite role with a Monday–Friday shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and flexibility to support a 24-hour operation.

Salary: Starting at $80,000 per year depending on experience, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise, recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate Class A and B delivery drivers.
• Schedule driver routes, coordinate deliveries and backhauls, and reroute operations to maintain coverage.
• Monitor driver performance, hours of service, trip sheets, logs, safety observations, and compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards.
• Manage driver onboarding, training, safety meetings, accident investigations, and qualification files.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, truck servicing, fuel cards, budgets, payroll review, and transportation reporting.
• Handle customer complaints, monitor mis-deliveries, and recommend improvements to delivery operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma; some college coursework or a two-year degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience and 2–3 years of route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation and FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP, transportation management systems, computers, and scanner equipment or software.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Erlanger, Kentucky, including the stated evening shift and support for a 24-hour operation. A background check is required every third year.
