What you will do

• Lead daily department operations to achieve sales, customer service, and operational performance goals.
• Coach, develop, train, recognize, and manage retail associates to build a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue by modeling selling behaviors, monitoring performance indicators, and improving customer engagement.
• Execute merchandising plans, product launches, and promotional initiatives with store leadership.
• Manage staffing, floor coverage, service execution, and a safe, engaging shopping environment.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to resolve issues and improve performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail operations experience in a high-volume, premium, fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, communication, collaboration, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail operational systems; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
