Salary: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold employees accountable, and support policy and procedure compliance.
• Mentor the team on clienteling, provide HR and conflict-resolution support, and foster an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Strong sales leadership, business acumen, customer focus, and team-building skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to provide direct feedback, manage ambiguity, develop employees, and drive results.
