Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Base pay: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and support company initiatives and store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a customer-centric culture and coach the team on clienteling strategies and long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, strategic agility, and results orientation.
• Ability to develop direct reports, build effective teams, provide actionable feedback, and handle ambiguity.
