Operator (Food Ingredients)

What you will do

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, and help minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.
• Support product quality by following GMPs and standard operating procedures.
• Perform changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities.
• Collaborate on production efficiency, reliability, continuous improvement, and operator training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, chemical, food, or industrial environment.
• Ability to operate complex production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, maintain production documentation, and use basic computer systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or training production team members.
