Lead Facilities Senior Supervisor

Location: Newburyport, Massachusetts, with required work at Waltham and Marlborough locations. On-site facilities role with an 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule, flexibility as needed, and on-call responsibilities.

Salary: $80,600–$134,400 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Lead, support, and develop Facility Management Technicians.
• Respond to facility emergencies and resolve issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Manage work orders, service-level agreements, vendors, contractors, scheduling, and site oversight.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, planning, and equipment upgrades.
• Advance safety, environmental, regulatory, risk management, change control, audit, and documentation processes.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical field or comparable work experience, plus 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge; Universal CFC certification required.
• Ability to read technical plans and documents and use Microsoft Office, BMS, and CMMS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification, or ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, perform physical tasks, and lift 50 pounds or more.
