Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $56,310–$69,930 per year

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to directors, department managers, clinicians, faculty, and other department staff.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, office supplies, mail, work orders, and travel arrangements.
  • Support patient and clinical staff scheduling and serve as an onsite representative for visitors and external collaborators.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters of recommendation, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Process P-Card reconciliations, expense reports, vendor payments, invoices, and office supply orders.
  • Identify workflow needs, escalate issues, and support the training and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Strong written and oral communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and interact professionally with patients, colleagues, leadership, and external contacts.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 2–3 days per week is required.
