Senior Renewals Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Denver, CO - Remote

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base plus commissions

What you will do

• Manage quarterly and annual maintenance, subscription, and SaaS renewals for an assigned territory.
• Maximize renewal value, ensure on-time renewals, and mitigate cancellations.
• Prepare complex quotes and proposals for resellers and customers at least 90 days in advance.
• Track customer interactions, quotes, calls, and emails accurately in Salesforce.
• Handle customer objections and independently negotiate renewal contracts.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, finance, legal, and Accounts Receivable teams while forecasting the renewals pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of renewals sales experience with a software company.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level customer contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A four-year degree in business or equivalent experience.
