Telecommunications Project Coordinator

Location: On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $63,496–$93,188 per year, depending on Telecommunications Coordinator Associate SG5 or SG6 level.

What you will do

• Coordinate planning, engineering teams, operations, and external stakeholders to align project requirements with business objectives.
• Manage project intake, work assignments, request prioritization, project tracking, and routing work to the appropriate engineer.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to engineering teams.
• Participate in company and contractor meetings covering outage and project schedules, safety, and equipment operations and maintenance.
• Support outage and project planning, prepare technical reports and papers, and help resolve technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an associate’s degree plus 2–3 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma/GED plus 4–5 years of relevant experience, depending on level.
• Relevant experience may include the design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and equipment.
• SG6 typically requires at least 3 years of experience in technical work activities and projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• Physical demand level: sedentary work.
