Shipping and Receiving - 2nd Shift - 90 Day Increase Eligible (Manufacturing)

Location: Stafford, Connecticut, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Prepare, package, address, and ship merchandise and production materials.
• Arrange product transportation and organize packages for special courier pickups.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, track packages, and maintain accurate shipping logs and overstock records.
• Complete product billing, shipping paperwork, and related administrative tasks.
• Order packing supplies and communicate shipment delays or billing questions to managers and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and report safety hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Good computer, data-entry, reading, writing, communication, interpersonal, mathematical, and English skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physically mobile material-handling work.
• Ability to work up to 10 hours per day, 5 days per week, with overtime and flexible hours.
• Ability to comply with US export-control, ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements; access to ITAR products and technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

• Experience with shipping tracking systems.
