What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through consultative selling, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled advice and resolve customer issues across omnichannel interactions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under applicable financial services regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
