What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hirify.global products and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through differentiated service and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Support branch operations while following risk-management policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Must work in the Frisco, Texas branch office.
• Additional background checks may apply under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and FDIA requirements.
