Program Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; in-person four days per week with one work-from-home day

Salary: $64,491.00–$105,949.50 per year

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Perform gap analysis, business process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement recommendations.
• Develop data mappings and schema structures, manage system dependencies, and create SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while maintaining project documentation and dashboards.
• Support system design, UAT and SIT testing, integrations, deployment, user training, and resolution of business or system tickets.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across business, technology, project, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related business or technical field.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or PMO roles.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex data analysis, joins, data relationships, query optimization, and database performance awareness.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project tracking tools, dashboards, and project reporting; Tableau and Power BI experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must currently be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Banking, financial services, or cash logistics experience.
• IIBA or PMI certification.
