AMI 2.0 Business Process Design, Advisor (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role based at the SCE facility in Pomona, California; employees are generally required to work and reside in California. The position may involve work at other locations across the SCE service territory and up to 10% travel and field work.

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain future-state business processes and associated business requirements for AMI 2.0.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional forums to gather, synthesize, and validate process and requirements information.
• Evaluate current procedures, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend practical transformation solutions.
• Lead the implementation and integration of business operations software and systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical experts and system integration partners on process improvements and user integration testing.
• Maintain traceable requirements, facilitate stakeholder approval, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of business operations and/or transformation experience.
• Experience developing business processes and capturing business requirements for large system implementations or upgrades.
• Ability to analyze data, process flows, and implementation impacts and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and reside in California and report to the Pomona facility on scheduled hybrid days.
