Dispatch Lead

hirify.global operates in the in-home sales and home improvement space.

What you will do

• Manage in-home sales appointment schedules across hirify.global West markets.
• Review future assignments and sales representative availability to maintain coverage and booking capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales to add or transfer representatives when schedules are booked out.
• Pair outlier appointments, reroute and reassign leads, and maintain at least two appointments per representative per day.
• Communicate with customers about late arrivals, cancellations, and schedule changes to help save appointments.
• Work with call center agents, Inside Sales, and Costco managers to fill open appointment slots; support verification and train new team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or appointment coordination, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement.
• Strong organization, multitasking, judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Technology proficiency and the ability to learn and use business software effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and tools such as LeadPerfection, Five9, and RingCentral.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, Washington.
