What you will do
- Provide daily leadership and model company standards and expectations.
- Perform warehouse and production tasks as needed.
- Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
- Support management with financial goals, employee incidents, customer complaints, and policy compliance.
Requirements
- One year of distribution or warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift experience required.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow and reinforce workplace safety rules and policies.
