Operations Lead - CVG

Location: CVG1 - Hebron, Kentucky, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Assign warehouse tasks including unloading, outbound staging and loading, freight verification and labeling, picking, and packing.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and support daily fulfillment operations.
• Complete operational reports and records accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report issues to maintenance personnel.
• Advise associates on product care, equipment use, storage, and shipping procedures.
• Promote customer service, productivity, quality, and safe working practices across the warehouse.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Previous leadership experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties in indoor conditions that may not be climate-controlled.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check.
