Digital Product Manager Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate hirify.global.com strategy, customer needs, and business objectives into product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Lead product execution across multiple Agile teams, coordinating backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and releases.
• Define epics, features, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide accessible, mobile-first, customer-centered digital experiences while balancing scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Coordinate analytics, user acceptance testing, defect triage, launch readiness, deployment, training, and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage stakeholders, cross-team risks, vendors, regulatory needs, and continuous experience improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital product management, product ownership, or customer-facing digital delivery.
• Experience leading or coordinating multiple Agile teams and managing complex, interdependent backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile planning, refinement, acceptance criteria, release management, and incremental delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, or regulated organization; a bachelor's degree or comparable experience is expected.

Nice to have

• Agile web development, business requirements documentation, data visualization, digital user experience, IT architecture, JavaScript, and wireframing.
• Design thinking, marketing strategy, product development lifecycle, and project management experience.
