Product Manager II (Microsoft Copilot Studio)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Strongsville, OH; or Denver, CO

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing development of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, rollout plans, executive presentations, communications, training materials, and job aids.
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives that improve employee productivity and business outcomes.
• Gather user feedback, analyze product and business results, and recommend product or marketing improvements.
• Partner with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, sales, marketing, and digital channel teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support risk management, compliance, audit requirements, product enhancements, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with product management, roadmap development, product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
