Loop Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY, with the working environment in East Aurora, New York

Salary: $33.00–$51.00 per hour

What you will do

• Execute value stream improvement plans and related activities across assigned production loops.
• Coordinate priorities and product flow between upstream and downstream processes and external suppliers.
• Manage schedule adherence and escalate issues affecting quality or delivery.
• Facilitate Tier meetings and participate in team-based Lean events.
• Develop and follow individual Leader Standard Work.
• Support additional value stream and customer-focused activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of machining, assembly, testing, and/or production processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end process flow, operational metrics, and tactical resource alignment.
• Knowledge of Lean infrastructure and structured problem-solving methods such as A3, 5 Why, 8D, Pareto, and root cause/corrective action.
• Experience facilitating meetings, influencing peers, coaching colleagues, building relationships, and driving action-plan commitments.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
