I&C Engineer I (LabVIEW Automation)

Location: Tulsa, OK, United States; onsite work in manufacturing facilities with occasional travel to customers and project sites

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain LabVIEW applications for manufacturing and laboratory environments.
• Support automated test systems, instrumentation, data acquisition hardware, and industrial equipment.
• Integrate software with SQL databases, PLCs, and industrial communication networks.
• Develop user interfaces, automated reports, and data collection systems.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, instrumentation, and communication issues while supporting system reliability and process improvements.
• Participate in equipment installations, commissioning, technical documentation, and cross-functional engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, automated testing systems, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to work in manufacturing facilities with seasonal temperature changes, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and travel occasionally to customers and project sites.

Nice to have

• LabVIEW development experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, SQL databases, and industrial networks.
• Development experience with C#, C++, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, or Ethernet/IP.
