What you will do

• Develop innovative end-of-line test equipment to support new product introductions.
• Develop and support LabVIEW software and National Instruments hardware for product evaluation.
• Work within a cross-functional engineering team to coordinate new product releases.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical test systems and optimize their utilization and effectiveness.
• Improve assembly-cell uptime by enhancing established equipment and manufacturing test systems.
• Specify and create design documentation for new product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing test support function.
• Experience writing LabVIEW software and developing and troubleshooting test equipment with National Instruments hardware.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and operate laboratory equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Experience with PLC programming, robotics, or automation.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, computer, and project management skills.
