Manufacturing Team Lead

Salary: $39–$53 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise a team of approximately 15-20 technicians and assemblers.
• Drive operational KPIs and ensure the realization of production targets within budget and timing constraints.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures across all work centers.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maintain critical knowledge and capabilities.
• Coordinate activities and dependencies with other teams within Operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Master’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience or 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough experience in planning and managing operational activities.
• Ability to work a shift typically starting at 2:00 PM.
