What you will do

• Lead a project team and provide technical expertise and communications to the Sponsor.
• Develop, maintain, analyze, and document web-based applications, systems, services, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise software and AWS environments.
• Recommend technical solutions that improve UX/UI, quality, delivery speed, modernization, and operational efficiency.
• Manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support using service management systems.
• Create IT support documentation, workflows, knowledge bases, architectural diagrams, security plans, and deployment checklists.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Experience serving as a technical lead and communicating with a Sponsor.
• Experience with Java development, cloud technologies, AWS environments, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Experience with COTS products, including ServiceNow, and the full accreditation lifecycle.
• Experience applying accessibility standards, agile methodology, and industry best practices.
• Experience maintaining enterprise software, including patching, version updates, and license renewals.

• Experience working with Sponsor and partner IT organizations.
• Experience with learning, language, compliance, and performance management applications.
• Experience with networking and platform hosting technologies.
