Controls Project Manager (BMS/EPMS)

Location: Remote; domestic travel required up to 30%. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $133,000–$154,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the design and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across data center projects.
• Establish, maintain, and govern controls requirements with preconstruction, construction, design teams, OFCI vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Review engineering drawing packages, mechanical and electrical equipment submittals, customer specifications, and project documentation.
• Translate controls requirements into executable design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate controls contractors, vendors, engineers, and construction teams throughout project execution.
• Support commissioning and issue resolution through project turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or a related field supporting complex facilities.
• Experience with BMS and/or EPMS systems and mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience working with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, equipment vendors, and construction teams.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and customer requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction.
• Deep expertise in either mechanical or electrical controls.
