Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager

Location: Trenton, Ohio, United States; approximately 3–4 days onsite per week based on client needs

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and 401(k) matching up to 8%.

What you will do

• Manage the full scope of data center and other critical-environment construction projects, while supporting components of additional projects.
• Lead project teams and manage schedules, scope, budgets, risks, contingencies, and recovery plans.
• Act as an owner’s representative, resolving issues and conflicts and guiding informed client decisions.
• Manage invoicing, collections, contracts, and additional-services opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments while maintaining the client’s vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience and a thorough understanding of building design and construction.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects, such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide local support with approximately 3–4 days onsite in Trenton, Ohio.
