Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop project plans and oversee execution from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage schedules, tasks, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling tools.
• Coordinate resources, capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to meet budget and delivery objectives.
• Manage equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Lead multifunctional design teams and provide technical leadership to achieve project and program goals.
• Coordinate with customers on objectives, status updates, release, deployment, and resolution of complex program issues.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functions.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including communicating complex ideas and persuading senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with travel up to 20% of the time.
