Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Peoria, Illinois, USA; typical travel requirement is 5%–10%.

Salary: $78,500–$98,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage small to mid-sized projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Create, maintain, and revise project work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and third-party consultants delivering technical and business solutions.
• Track commitments, action items, decisions, project progress, and deadlines.
• Communicate project status to sponsors, management, and stakeholders while supporting alignment.
• Improve project management tools, templates, processes, and portfolio management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of project management or related project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and closeout.
• Working knowledge of project management disciplines, standards, tools, and business processes.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile schedule management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and portfolio/project management tools, plus strong communication, organization, and meeting facilitation skills.

• PMP certification or demonstrated interest in pursuing it.
