Supply Chain Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Naples, Florida, United States; primarily onsite in a climate-controlled manufacturing building with occasional travel to customers, suppliers, or other sites.

What you will do

• Generate and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
• Monitor order confirmations, shipping schedules, deliveries, receiving, inventory, and transportation issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, demand changes, qualification, onboarding, performance, and scorecards.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and contract terms while developing sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support inventory optimization, safety stock and reorder point reviews, material substitutions, and excess inventory analysis.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and receiving data in the ERP system and collaborate with engineering, quality, production, sales, finance, and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and use hands throughout the day; occasional lifting or moving of up to 55 pounds is required.

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments or the wire and cable industry.
