What you will do

• Develop technical knowledge of insurance claims handling, coverage, reserving, and regulatory compliance.
• Support claims audits, file reviews, and operational oversight activities.
• Promote consistency, compliance, and best practices across claims operations.
• Work alongside insurance professionals and collaborate with diverse teams and organizational leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, finance, or a related field.
• Organizational leadership experience, business acumen, and interest in insurance operations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to compliance.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
