Associate Claim Rep, Auto Blend

Location: PA - Wyomissing, United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $45,400–$74,900 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete structured virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training in insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Assess coverage and compensability for personal and business claims involving automobiles, heavy and mobile equipment, and property damage.
• Investigate claims by gathering information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other evidence sources.
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud, establish reserves, determine resolution amounts, and issue accurate payments.
• Communicate claim status to all parties, maintain accurate records, and execute action plans for effective resolution.
• Adapt to AI, digital transformation, new workflows, system upgrades, and digital tools while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with previous customer service or insurance internship or work experience.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an adjuster or other required insurance license within three months of starting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn claims management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, judgment, decision-making, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop basic conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
