What you will do

• Develop, balance, triage, and maintain manufacturing plans across multiple factories.
• Translate program objectives into executable production schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze production data and identify capacity constraints across engineering disciplines and work centers.
• Develop mitigation strategies and present manufacturing plans to keep critical programs on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience; higher-level degrees or relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and strong data analytics skills.
• Ability to distill and present large amounts of data clearly and concisely.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• APICS certification.
• Experience managing production plans with limited supervision.
• Understanding of product development and transition-to-production processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, persuasion, and initiative-taking skills.
