Location: Sparks, Nevada, United States; primarily office-based with potential for hybrid work

What you will do

  • Develop and manage production schedules and material requirements.
  • Monitor production activities and optimize workflow.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
  • Maintain documentation of production and material deficiencies.
  • Issue work orders and purchase requests aligned with production schedules.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments, analyze data, forecast material needs, and adjust schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or six years of related experience in place of the degree.
  • At least two years of related experience; a higher-level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and production scheduling techniques and experience with scheduling software.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand and walk for extended periods; occasional travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • APICS or PMP certification.
  • Operational flight management experience.
  • Knowledge of FAA and U.S. Military operational flight governing directives.
