Field Service/Start-Up Engineer - CT

Location: Manassas, United States; on-site customer visits and frequent travel required

What you will do

• Provide technical support through on-site customer visits and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Install, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document service activities, repair records, reports, and customer communications.
• Train customers in safe equipment operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other teams on troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Promote safety and quality, identify operational risks, and maintain customer-focused relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice, and work in on-site environments.
