UX Designer - DesignOps (AI) (DesignOps/AI): Shaping customer-facing experiences and complex internal workflows while scaling design systems and AI-assisted product development across a global property management organisation with an accent on interaction design, research, documentation, governance, and accessibility. Focus on defining specifications and validation methods for agent-driven development, improving ResearchOps, and aligning design components with code.

What you will do
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into flows, prototypes, and interaction designs for iterative testing.
- Define design practices and structured specifications for agent-driven and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Develop artefacts such as service blueprints, component specifications, interaction rules, and acceptance criteria to guide and validate implementation.
- Improve research and validation practices, including planning tools, recruitment processes, GDPR considerations, templates, and a research repository.
- Lead improvements to the design system, including documentation, governance, accessibility standards, usage guidance, and alignment with code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role working on complex digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, behavioural science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, UX research, service design, and design systems.
- Experience designing web and mobile products for complex, data-rich, workflow-heavy, or operational environments.
- Experience with agile cross-functional collaboration and DesignOps, including documentation, governance, quality standards, tooling, ResearchOps, and design-to-code alignment.
- Experience with AI-driven design or development workflows and AI-enabled product experiences such as intelligent search, automation, recommendations, copilots, or decision-support tools.
