Finance Generalist (AI)

Location: NYC, Flatiron office; in-person five days a week

Salary: $160K–$210K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own key financial models and report on business and financial performance.
• Support leadership with analysis, recommendations, and decision-making across the company.
• Evaluate pricing, new investments, revenue operations, and go-to-market performance.
• Build dashboards, workflows, automations, and lightweight systems for a more efficient finance function.
• Work with finance, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to clarify ambiguous, high-leverage questions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience, ideally including investment banking and an in-house strategic finance or revenue operations role.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B software, fintech, AI, or technology company.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, communication, and business judgment skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics, pipeline and capacity planning, pricing, commissions, or usage-based business models.
• Comfort working with large or messy datasets using SQL, BI tools, or lightweight scripting.
• Experience owning strategic planning and identifying investment priorities for business leaders.
