Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, California; Morrisville, North Carolina; or Vienna, Virginia, United States

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 annual OTE, including potential commission

What you will do

• Lead AI-driven reporting and analytics initiatives for the GTM Sales organization.
• Build and maintain financial models for short-term and long-term planning.
• Analyze quarterly and annual results, including bookings and margin trends.
• Develop executive dashboards, AI-powered reports, presentations, and variance analyses.
• Support strategic projects through financial analysis, predictive analytics, and scenario planning.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• FP&A experience supporting global GTM Sales through planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience applying AI to financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical tool development, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Strong communication, ownership, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills.
