Service Delivery Lead–Private Markets & Investment Analytics

What you will do

• Lead complex client initiatives across performance, analytics, and private markets solutions.
• Coordinate clients, relationship managers, product teams, technology partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and oversee implementation, milestones, dependencies, and communications.
• Manage incidents, escalations, risks, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and complex client issues.
• Prepare executive reporting, support governance and commercial reviews, and contribute to client retention and revenue growth.
• Lead client change requests, strategic enhancements, remediation, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing institutional investor relationships in a service delivery environment, including pension funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, or family offices.
• Knowledge of investment operations, performance measurement, portfolio and risk analytics, reporting, and front-office technology platforms.
• Experience managing incidents, escalations, complex client issues, projects, and cross-functional change initiatives.
• Strong organisational, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
