Operations Lead – UK (Fintech)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid role with at least 3 days per week in the UK office

What you will do

• Define and execute operational strategies supporting growth in the UK market.
• Run daily customer service, administrative operations, and internal workflows.
• Hire, lead, and develop an operations and administration team.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, automate workflows, and implement systems that reduce cost and increase speed.
• Lead customer support and handle high-stakes or escalated cases directly.
• Oversee office management, documentation, vendor coordination, and adherence to internal policies.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations, execution, or internal business operations in technology, fintech, or fast-scaling environments.
• Experience leading operations and administration teams in high-expectation environments.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach with strong organisational and execution skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, create structure, work cross-functionally, and drive execution without formal authority.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong English communication is required.
