Senior Commercial Counsel (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead legal negotiations for enterprise and strategic customer deals.
• Support East Coast Area Directors and their sales teams.
• Advise on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from NDA and internal approvals through signature.
• Develop initiatives to streamline and scale the contracting process.
• Partner with sales, information security, executives, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
• 8+ years of in-house transactional legal experience with direct interaction across customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments, and order forms with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency editing and managing contracts with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
